Reception staff was very friendly and helpful. breakfast selections are wonderful. I appreciated the variety. the hotel has a colorful decor that i thought was entertaining.

The breakfast selection was extensive (I really enjoyed the variety). The tram stop is conveniently located right in front of the hotel. It made getting around very easy. The hotel kept the common areas and rooms very clean. I also liked the gym facilities.
The hotel website presented inaccurate details regarding EV charging. The charging turned out to be quite expensive because of an unmentioned fee. Soft mattresses and pillows were not comfortable for me.
